1. RETURNS

You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged

1.3 How to Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number along with proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

2. REFUNDS

2.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2.2 Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

2.3 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at snuggifts.shop@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact our customer service team immediately to request a cancellation.
